Joon Chee Material Technology Co., Ltd., located in Chonburi, Thailand, primarily engages in the provision and recycling of precious metal raw materials and consumables for the electroplating and electronics industries.
In the process of refining copper ingots and other precious metals from scrap copper, steam is needed to heat the electrolyte, necessitating the use of a boiler to produce the steam. After comprehensive comparisons across multiple brands and considering safety, energy conservation, and environmental protection, the Gas Steam Boiler invented by LIJU was chosen due to its unique structure, compact size, rapid start-up, strong load-adjusting capability, high thermal efficiency, and gas and electricity conservation benefits. Compared to conventional steam boilers, the savings in electricity and gas costs over a year can offset the equipment investment. In August 2021, the client ordered two 8t/h LIJU WCB Ultra-Low NOx Steam Boilers.
Due to the impact of the pandemic, the customer took delivery in August 2022, and the LIJU Steam Boiler was shipped to Thailand. By May 2023, the customer was ready for commissioning. LIJU's professional after-sales service engineers visited the customer's factory in Thailand and successfully commissioned the boiler. Since then, the LIJU WCB Ultra-Low NOx Steam Boiler has been officially in operation.
This signifies that the LIJU WCB Ultra-NOx Steam Boiler, a product of China's innovation with numerous patents, has successfully made its international debut, taking its first graceful step onto the global stage. As its reach expands in overseas markets, an increasing number of China's original creations - the LIJU boilers - will be introduced to the world, contributing to the global pursuit of safer and more energy saving boiler technologies.
