Team Building of LIJU After-Sales Team

From June 28 to June 30, 2024, nearly 80 service engineers from the North China service team of Zhejiang LIJU gathered in Xi'an for a three-day League Construction and learning exchange meeting.

The chairman of LIJU attended the event in person to impart knowledge and resolve doubts. The general manager of the Energy Saving Service Company provided an in-depth summary of the work of the North China service department, highly praised the achievements and progress made by the North China service team, objectively pointed out the current shortcomings, and proposed corresponding improvement requirements.The service director and several experienced service personnel actively shared their insights and experiences. Together, they revisited the "LIJU Service Code of Conduct." During the first day's comprehensive learning and exchange session, which combined theory with practice and skills with concepts, participants gained a wealth of knowledge. The colleagues deeply understood and highly agreed with the professional ethos theme of "rejecting mediocrity, refusing to lie flat, promoting critical thinking, and enhancing perspective." They committed to diligently maintaining the "LIJU" brand while striving to create the "LIJU Service" brand.

Over the next two days, the team first collectively visited the Mingde Thermal Power Plant. This plant is equipped with seven 140 MW super boilers (a combination of gas  boilers and heat pump integrated heating systems). The head of the heating station warmly welcomed them and provided a detailed introduction to the system characteristics and operational status of the heating station. They highly praised the superior quality, high efficiency, and energy-saving features of LIJU's equipment, as well as LIJU's professional and proactive service.

Then, the team collectively toured the Xi’an Qinling Wildlife Park, Great Tang All Day Mall, and the Terracotta Army of Emperor Qin Shi Huang. Nearly 80 LIJU service colleagues enjoyed a journey filled with laughter and joy, fully experiencing the warmth, grandeur, and mystery of the ancient city of Xi'an.

Through the three-day learning and League Construction, the North China service personnel of LIJU gained a wealth of knowledge and further refined their service concepts, greatly enhancing the cohesion of the LIJU service team. Everyone unanimously expressed their commitment to working with gratitude and striving even harder to provide all users with professional, attentive, and proactive service.
