LIJU Southern Region Service Team Building Event

Following the successful completion of the team-building and knowledge exchange event for nearly 80 service engineers from the Northern Region at the end of June, from August 16-18, 2024, nearly 90 service engineers from Zhejiang LIJU's Southern Region gathered in Suzhou for a three-day learning, exchange, and team-building event.

The company's chairman attended the event in person and elaborated on LIJU Energy Saving's business philosophy of "creating more value for users," emphasizing that "Money is not earned, but is the wealth that comes back to us after we help our customers solve problems and create more value!" He also stressed that "behind money is service, sincerity, and value!" The general manager of the energy-saving services company, while highly praising the service team's performance and achievements, set a new goal of building a professional service team that embodies the "five powers": cohesion, unity, execution, fighting spirit, and endurance. The service director and several senior service staff actively shared their insights and experiences, sparking many profound thoughts and ideas.

The event featured learning and exchange sessions, as well as singing, drinking, and entertainment. During team-building activities such as tug-of-war, CS shooting, and road trips, competition, cooperation, and laughter were perfectly integrated, and nearly 90 service engineers thoroughly enjoyed their time together and the camaraderie that developed.

Over the course of the three-day learning and team-building event, the service staff from LIJU’s Southern Region gained valuable knowledge and further enhanced their service philosophy. They deeply understood and strongly embraced the theme of "no mediocrity, no complacency, thinking critically and raising the bar of professionalism," which significantly strengthened the cohesion of the LIJU service team.
